1.Delete your account in the app
- Open Bnbit and go to Settings (from your profile, the menu at the top).
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device. If the app says the account cannot be deleted yet (for example because a payout is being processed or a brand deal is still open), finish or cancel that first, or write to us.
2.Delete your account by email
If you cannot open the app, email support@bnbit.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 7 days, then confirm by email.
If you signed up with Google or Apple and no longer have access to that email, tell us the username and we will check in another way.
3.What is deleted
As soon as your account is deleted:
- Your profile, username, photo, bio and what-you-create tags.
- Your posts, stories, playlists, comments, likes and the list of people you follow.
- Your messages and chats, including paid content you sent in chat. People you chatted with see your messages from a "Deleted User".
- Your brand profile, campaigns that have not started, and your saved bank or PayPal details.
- Your push notification tokens, notification settings, saved downloads list and app preferences.
- Any stars left in your wallet. Bought stars and earnings still on hold are forfeited, so withdraw what you can first.
Copies in our backups are overwritten within 30 days.
4.What we keep, and why

Records we keep are stored with your name removed where the law allows, and are not shown to anyone in the app.
5.Delete some data without closing your account
- A post, story or playlist: open it, tap the menu, and choose Delete. People who unlocked a post lose access when it is deleted.
- A comment: swipe or long-press it and choose Delete.
- A message: long-press it and choose Delete for me or Delete for everyone.
- Downloads: remove them from Library; they are also just files on your phone, which you can delete there.
- Your profile photo, bio or name: change them in Edit Profile.
- Bank or PayPal details: remove them under Wallet.
- Location: turn it off in your phone's settings for Bnbit.
6.Deleting data held by other companies
Payments were handled by Apple, Google, Chapa or Stripe, and payouts by your bank, PayPal or Stripe. Each keeps its own records under its own policy; deleting your Bnbit account does not delete those, and you can contact them directly. If you signed in with Google or Apple, you can also remove Bnbit from the apps connected to that account in their settings.
